Location: OMY events are held in a private and welcoming space in the Hintonburg neighbourhood. The premises are scent-free, and you are asked to respect this policy as a courtesy to others. I'll send you the address and other details once you've confirmed your intention to register.

Facilities include changing area, washroom, private shower, towels, yoga mats, straps, blocks and block covers. While all equipment is available free of charge, I strongly encourage you to bring your own mat and towel if you are attending a class. 

The venue is private and safe, but there are no secure lockers on site. Maybe leave valuables in your car or at home if you worry about that.

Free street parking available; maybe give yourself a few more minutes in case you have to park a bit farther away.

Public transit: ROUTE 11 along Somerset Street or ROUTE 14 along Gladstone Avenue are your best bets. Both stop a block away from the studio. Alternatively, Bayview Station, which serves Line 1 of the Confederation Line and soon Line 2 (Trillium Line), is within earshot, about a 10-minute walk away. 

Waiver: All participants will be asked to complete and sign a waiver at the start of their first OMY event. 

Kindly arrive AT THE MOST 15 MINUTES before the start time to get yourself settled in. The door will be locked when we begin, so if you're late, I apologize in advance that I won't be able to let you in.
