Description:
Embrace your own vulnerability, confront your learned body-fascism and challenge yourself on body acceptance!  This roughly 100-minute class is aimed at all skill levels, from beginners to Yoga pros.  Mats and blocks will be provided, but bring your own mat if you have one.
